This is a tiger-headed monster based on Indian mythology, and is used in D&D. This Rakshasa is casting a magic-blast with a powerful cry (highlighted by the lion-like head in the background). I made this with the style of Dragon Ball Z and Street Fighter, as I was into them back then.

I study hindu mythology, and I've seen rakshasa's as tiger forms or bull forms with the backwards hands, but never seen one that looks humanoid.
