This is a commissioned for an up-and-coming Mutant Future supplement called the Deviant Database, by Tim "Sniderman" Snider.

This mutant plant creatures people to drain their life-force, which also petrifies the victim. The weirdly-faced mutant just stumbled upon a victim.
